Condolences were expressed from everyone in attendance. Dan Cross gave a brief treasurer’s report indicating much account activity in May and June due to the BABA golf outing. It was also reported that we have 61 members paid in full.

Celeste Calvitto introduced the guest speaker Eric Kranz, Director of the Dearborn County Chamber. Eric has been in the position of Director for about 3 months and has improved and simplified the structure of membership dues and benefits.
